2013 Annual Speech

 

Dear colleagues and friends who support our company:

 

Good afternoon everyone! The new year starts with a new vision that bear the new dream. At the very beginning of this year, I am very happy to be together with everyone and picture the future! Please allow me to express my thanks to all. Firstly, thank you for our colleagues of Kwong Lee, thank you all the way with the company through the storm and raibow! Thanks again to all the friends that coming here today and thank you for your support and help! Also thank you for all of  families, thank you for your kind support and pay!

 

2013 was a marvelous year and a year with great development for Guanglilai . With the strong support from all partners and the cooperation of various departments, the company maintained a good, healthy, steady and sustainable development momentum. Annual output value increased by 40% over last year,accomplishment came from hard working and sweat of all employees of the company, but also includes the love and support of friends in the industry!

 

The new year begins with the moment when look back the past and look forward to the future. In the past year, Bolilai has experienced historical phase. Under the efforts of all staff, the company has achieved satisfied accomplishment in all aspects of work, making the basic business indicators set come true, Meanwhile, after a timely adjustment, strict management of all departments, making clear responsibilities , Dedication, the company showed us a united, positive and progressive, efficient and pragmatic atmosphere, which will make a big difference in the history of Guanglilai! Now, I'd like to deeply thank all my colleagues for their perspiration for the development and expansion of Bolilai Corporation. thank you all!

 

 Looking to the future, in 2013 we made a right decisions through accurate analysis, resolute and decisive set up in 2012 to open up foreign markets,which played a strategic role in our development! Laying the foundation for the future development of our business. We have designed a series of original products that highlights the company's cultural connotation, our corporate image has been greatly enhanced, so many well-known companies in the industry are long for cooperation with us! In the new year, we will face more difficulties and challenges! We must take hold of the opportunity and good momentum to make progress. Making more efforts to integrate the resources, targating greater achievement, insist on market-oriented, and vigorously promoting our brand effect, which will make our brand and corporate image take a big leap in the new year.

 

While summarizing achievements and admiting our experiences, we also need to clearly aware that there are still many aspects of our company are incompleted. In the coming 2014, we will reform and the enterprise management  and operating mechanism. Adjusting our business ideas as the market change ,Strengthening the company's internal management, perfecting various of  implementation rules and regulations . so that the company's daily work more orderly. In the mean time, we need to trengthen the company's full-service training, and effectively improve the ideological and business skills of all staff to dip out maximum potential of each employee,which lead to overall combat power increasement for the company, working together to achieve the company's new high goals n 2014!
